In 2021, I joined a UI design competition and created a website concept inspired by IU, a Korean cultural icon. It was my first step into the world of UI and web design. At first, I lacked confidence, but I kept telling myself, “What is the worst that could happen?” So I decided to try anyway, even if nobody knew. Designed entirely in Figma, the interface focused on balanced color,
thoughtful typography, and visual clarity. The project gained over 1,000 likes on Instagram and was featured by a UI inspiration platform, becoming an early milestone in my creative journey.
